Our Bronze turkeys are fed on a locally milled grain feed, containing no antibiotics or growth promoters whatsoever! They grow slowly and happily to reach natural maturity. Once they reach natural maturity, they are killed by hand, dry plucked and game hung for about two weeks to develop a sensational flavour. Because they are slow grown, our Bronze turkeys develop fatty deposits across the skin, and once cooked result in a sublime, delicious turkey with a fantastic texture.
